Biography

Emma joined SonLife as the Children's and Worship pastor in 2003. She most enjoys seeing people develop their potential, grow as disciples, and leading others in worship. During the last 4 years her vision has been to see children's ministry and worship ministry grow at SonLife. Emma was ordained this past May.
Emma enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking/baking, reading, music, movies and travelling. Most recently, Emma caved in and joined facebook.

Favourite Movie: 

I REALLY enjoyed Evan Almighty. Repeat viewings include Anne of Green Gables, Sense and Sensability, and Raising Helen.

Favourite Song: 

Anything by Hillsong...but I really like With All I Am. I'm forever saying "oh THAT'S my favorite song..." it usually depends on the day!

Favourite Place to Visit: 

Anywhere warm. Also, anywhere my friends are. Its not where you are, its who you're with (but man does sunshine and warmth help!)

Favourite Food: 

Chocolate. Anything ethnic ie: Asian, Mediterannean, East Indian etc...

Hobbies: 

reading, movies, facebook, hanging with my boyfriend and with friends, music, travelling, shopping!

People laugh at me when: 

I am trying not to be funny. When I do impersonations. When I exaggerate.

Most embarrassing moment in church: 

About a month ago, I stepped into freshly poured cement outside Faith Tabernacle. I wasn't so much embarassed as just felt DUMB! There were 10+ construction men around.

One other thing you should know: 

I HATE liver and onions!
